Riverhead RefreshAt Kiel Marshall Builders, we recently undertook a comprehensive refresh of a beautiful home, blending modern aesthetics with classic elements to create a stunning result. The house received a full reclad using Axon panel, effectively addressing previous issues with leaking cladding and providing a sleek, contemporary look. Inside, we meticulously refurbished the charming Rimu staircase, preserving its timeless appeal.
We painted the exposed rafters black, adding a touch of modern elegance to the interior, which was finished in a soothing double alabaster. The exterior also received a full repaint, enhancing the home's curb appeal. All carpets were removed and replaced with new flooring – Rustic Barnwood White from TradeX, infusing a rustic yet refined character into the living spaces. Additionally, we installed three new joinery units, a new ranch slider, and two backdoors, ensuring functionality and style. To complement the refreshed interiors, a new deck and pergola were constructed, complete with an aluminium handrail, creating the perfect outdoor oasis for relaxation and entertainment.
